Under new Education policy the state government has thought of establishing Massive Online Open Course (MOOC) centers to facilitate the students learning on line courses.
For the first time in the country National Education Policy of central government has been implemented in the state. In this direction State has thought of starting MOOC and FM community radio stations in all the state Universities under the preview of Higher education department.
MOOC and FM community radio stations of started accordingly, it will be easy for the students to join and learn through online classes. As a result the demand for offline and online courses may increase.
This scheme is proposed by High Vision Technology. The additional Chief Secretary of state government has issued direction to all the universities to implement MOOC media center programme in accordance with UGC guidelines.
MOOC is an online course in higher education through which students are able to learn. It will provide videos of lessons, notes, materials for reading.
