The Teachers Recruitment Board has released the examination schedule for the recruitment of about 10,371 vacant posts of teachers, professors and polytechnic lecturers in government schools and colleges in Tamil Nadu. Accordingly, the examination for the posts of teachers, professors and polytechnic lecturers will be held in December. Also, it has been informed that the notification for intermediate and graduate teacher posts will be published in September and the exam will be held in December. According to the annual schedule published by the Teacher Examination Board, the examination for TET EXAM 2022 paper is proposed to be held from 25th to 31st August and the hall ticket for the same will be released in the second week of August.
According to the latest notification published in August, it was announced that this exam will be held from September 10 to September 15. In this case, again in the notification issued on September 9, it was announced that the exam was postponed due to administrative reasons. Therefore, the Teacher Examination Board has informed that the examinations will be held in the month of October on the above dates. Similarly, the Examination Board has announced that arrangements have been made on the Teacher Examination Board website for teachers who wish to undergo training for the computer-based examination. Therefore, Teacher Selection Board has requested those who are waiting for teaching jobs to take advantage of this opportunity. The Teacher Examination Board has also announced that the details of the exam schedule and admit card will be announced in the first week of October. As the exam has already been postponed many times, the employees waiting for the exam are in confusion. Moreover, it is noteworthy that thousands of people across Tamil Nadu have passed the teacher qualification test but are still waiting for jobs.
Candidates who are applying for the TET examination have to pay Rs.500 as application fees. The examination fees for SC’s, differently abled and tribals has been fixed at Rs. 250. It has been reported that the Teacher Examination Board has decided to conduct the Teacher Eligibility Test for the current year.
