In 2014 in the general parliament election of India bjp came out as a major power with the two thirds of majority under the leadership of Narendra Modi and since then it’s been a modi show going on in the nation. He has been that historical figure who has been loved and hated by the Indian masses equally, but the man knew his way to win the election again in 2019 amidst a lot of dramatic media turmoil and a series of questionable policies.
While the case in states is quite different after humiliating loss faced by Donald trump of the republican party in 2020’s election. The new leader in the white house Biden has failed in keeping up the hopes of voters of United States who expected economic growth and of job opportunities and geo political stability from the democrats. But after the Russia Ukraine crisis the global recession has caused a lot of economical turmoil where in India price for the necessary commodities has been sky rocketed and rupee have continued to lose value against the dollar. And the price of the petrol has gone above 100 rupees and is constantly rising since then and while in the US unemployment and debt ratio has been rising and the rise of china as a global superpower in Asian region has made states look weak in global diaspora.
In India does this lead to the fall of the BJP? Yes they might loose some percentage of votes. But still NDA is going to be the single largest allies. So does this give rise to 3rd wing as major power or is congress going to play the king maker to make sure that BJP is not going to be in power. If so, who’s going to be the face of that coalition?
